Hi ladies, as discussed last night please can everyone RSVP to each session on the “sessions” page of the app to indicate you will be going. This will help to remind everyone if there is a session on, and will also allow Jennifer a better idea of who to expect for each session in order to plan it. Thank you!

Hi ladies, just a note to remind you all of practice expectations:
Please arrive on time or early and get ready as soon as possible. Warmup will start at 6:05pm, whether you are ready or not (it is expected you will be ready!). It’s understandable that you may occasionally be late due to extenuating circumstances, however lately it seems that a good portion of players are turning up late and taking their time getting ready, which is leading to practice starting much later than it should be. Jennifer spends a lot of time and effort putting our sessions together, so let’s respect that by showing up and starting on time!
Also, it is assumed you will be attending practice unless you tell us otherwise, so please inform us if you will not be attending as far ahead in advance as possible. For example if Jennifer plans a session for 12…
